In e-commerce advertising, especially during major sales events, you may need to create a large number of ads to target different audiences, products, and regions. However, traditional manual ad creation is inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Additionally, the increasing need for personalized ad creatives makes the process even more complicated, leading to slower ad launches and missed traffic opportunities.
AdsPolar’s Solution
AdsPolar’s batch creation feature, using cross-multiplying elements, allows you to create thousands of ads in just minutes. You simply set the combinations you need (like regions, targeting, budgets, and creatives), and AdsPolar does the rest. For example, if you select 2 ad accounts, 5 targeting groups, 10 regions, and 10 creatives, AdsPolar will generate 2×5×10×10 = 1000 ads in one go.
Steps to Create Ads
1.Go to the Ad Creation Page
On the promotion page, click "Create" in the top-right corner. Choose your Campaign objective, click continue, and enter the ad creation page.
2.Basic Settings
Select the ad accounts you want to create ads for. You can choose multiple accounts at once. For example, if you select two accounts, ads will be created in both accounts simultaneously.
3.Campaign Setup
AdsPolar allows you to use placeholders for campaign and ad group names, such as using the “{start date}_{location group name}” placeholder. This way, the campaign name becomes standardized, like: 20250210_US. This same method can be applied to ad groups and ad names for quick naming.
4.Location Groups Setup
If you need to target multiple countries or regions, you can add different location groups. For example, if you add 10 location groups, it will create 10 different campaigns/ad groups for each region.
You can also link location groups to specific ad accounts for one-to-one correspondence.
5.Targeting Groups Setup
To test multiple audience groups, you can add several targeting groups. For example, if you set 5 targeting groups based on interests, age, and gender, it will generate 5 different ad campaigns/ad groups. You can also bind specific targeting group to certain region groups if necessary.
6.Bid & Budget Group Setup
If you need different bids and budgets for various creatives, you can create multiple bid and budget groups. You can also set different bids and budgets for each region group.
7.Creative Group Setup
When testing multiple creatives, you can add different creative groups. Each creative group will generate one ad campaign/ad group. Ads within the same creative group will use different creatives.
You can also link creative groups to location groups, targeting groups, or bid and budget groups. For example:
-
Language and Cultural Differences: Creative Group 1 uses Korean content, and it can be linked to a location group for South Korea. Creative Group 2 uses English content, and it can be linked to a location group for the United States.
-
Different Bids and Budgets for Creative Groups: If different creative groups need to be tested with different bids and budgets, Creative Group 1 can be linked to Bid and Budget Group 1, while Creative Group 2 can be linked to Bid and Budget Group 2.
8.Editing Split Rules
On the right side of the creation page, you can set up split rules. For example, if you choose to split by ad groups, then 10×5×1×10 = 500 ad groups will be created per account, totaling 1000 ad groups across two accounts. Alternatively, you can split location group by campaigns, where each account will create 10 campaigns, each containing 5×1×10 =50 ad groups.
9.Save Template
Before previewing, click “Save Template” to save your current ad setup for future use. When creating ads next time, simply click “Select Template” to use your saved settings.
10.Publish Ads
Click “Preview” to review your ad settings. If everything looks good, click “Publish” and AdsPolar will publish all 1000 ad groups in a few minutes. You can track the progress in the Task Center.
