Eliminate Ineffective Spending with AI-Powered Ad Optimization

One of the biggest challenges in e-commerce advertising is avoiding ineffective spending. For example:

  • Ad budgets are consumed by underperforming ad groups, leading to low ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • With multiple accounts and ads, manual optimization is inefficient, and it's hard to respond quickly to data changes.

AdsPolar’s Solution

AdsPolar's Smart Assistant can monitor ad performance in real-time, offering 24/7 AI-powered optimization. It automatically adjusts ad settings like switches, bids, and budgets to ensure maximum ad performance and improve ROAS.

Steps to Set Up Smart Assistant

1.Create Smart Assistant Rule

Go to the Smart Assistant page and click the “Create Rule” button in the top-left corner. After selecting the Monitoring Channel and Monitoring Objects, choose an existing template or create a new rule to enter the rule creation page.

2.Set Monitoring Conditions

Define the filtering dimentions and metrics to monitor (e.g., TikTok - Ad Group - Ad Stop Loss).
💡 Besides the default required options, users can click the filter icon to customize filtering conditions.

You can edit each metric's filter settings, combining performance data such as Cost per Conversion , Purchases ROAS, total add-to-cart actions, and more. Each metric can have its own time range. The rule is triggered when all conditions are met.

3.Set Execution Actions

Once the rule is triggered, the Smart Assistant supports various actions such as:

  • Sending emails, DingTalk group messages, WeChat workgroup messages, Feishu group messages.
  • Turning ads on or off, adjusting bids, adjusting daily or total budgets, editing tags, and associating products.

Note: Different channels may have different available execution actions for monitoring targets.

4.Set Execution Frequency and Check Time

You can customize the Smart Assistant’s rule check frequency based on your ad habits and needs. Adjusting the check time helps improve ad campaign performance.

5.Fill in Basic Information

Enter the rule's name, description, and currency units. After completing these settings, you can finalize the rule or save it as a template for future use.
